We offer three plans: Starter ($69/month, 1 location, 50 AI replies/month), Professional ($149/month, up to 5 locations, 500 AI replies/month), and Enterprise ($349/month, unlimited locations, unlimited AI). We also offer 10% annual discounts and volume discounts starting at 15% off for 5-10 locations.

What AI features does BrandCompanion include?

Our AI provides sentiment analysis (analyzing emotion and themes in reviews), automated reply suggestions with customizable brand voice, response routing to the right team member, escalation detection for critical issues, and action item creation for operational follow-up. You control everything—AI drafts, you approve before publishing.

Can I customize the AI tone and brand voice?

How are team members included in each plan?

Starter includes 1 team member, Professional includes 10 team members, and Enterprise includes unlimited team members. Each plan supports role-based permissions (owner, manager, staff) so you can control access and workflows.

How do I respond to negative reviews?
